Around here you can pretty much assume people observe Christmas, but not so much in other parts of the country. So whether you observe Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, or just good old worship of the evergreen packed full of presents, I hope you had a good one. We sure did!
My brother gave the kids adhesive mustaches. Joseph looked especially hilarious when his was crooked:

Seth looked like he belonged in an episode of the Dukes of Hazzard. Here’s Juliet showing off her ‘stache with my dad:

Everyone got a Snuggie rip-off (aka made by me):

Seth tried to talk me into letting him wear his to church because the commercial says you can wear it anywhere. Ahem. So Catherine tried to explain that he could wear it anywhere BUT church. Then Joseph chimed in, “Hey, Catherine said BUTT-church. Hahahaha!” Seriously. He’s four. His favorite present was his whoopie cushion.
Eli got a Bumbo! I wish I had had one for all the others, too:

I’ve eaten my share of treats for an entire year. The kids have consumed enough sugar to last them til Halloween. Enjoy the break, everyone.
